Our Condo is for Sale! Any Takers?
Well, our condo is up for sale in Orem, UT. It is $146,000 and come with 2 parking spots (one covered and the other uncovered, stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, brand new ceiling fans, just painted, new vinyl tile, new lights in the rooms, new faucet in the kithcen, we just added knobs on the cabinets and a new light in the kitchen! Plus you get free cable; water, sewer and garbage utilities paid and discounted internet). Get the word out! We need to sell as fast as possible!

Wow your condo looks awesome! Good job on the pictures and wow it is very clean. Maybe I should put mine up for sale so I can declutter mine.
Looks great Ken! Now come and clean mine! We can't sell it, because it isn't mine to sell....but let's de-clutter it and such???? I'll even fly you out.......I know it is tempting isn't it????? Love you :)
You can use Erica and I as references for your apartment ;) We can tell everyone how comfortable it is and of course how close it is to the Krispy Kreme. Seriously, you should put that on the list of amenities, lol.
